AI Conversation Logs

4. AI & Your Data
Our AI-powered features are central to the DivorcePath experience. Here is how we handle your data in relation to our AI systems:
- • Service improvement: Conversations and interactions with our AI may be used in an anonymized and aggregated form to improve our models and the quality of guidance we provide.
- • Anonymization: Before any data is used for model improvement, it is stripped of all personally identifiable information.
- • Never sold: Your data is never sold to third parties. Period.
- • Opt-out available: You may opt out of having your anonymized data used for AI model improvement at any time through your account settings. Opting out will not affect your access to any platform features.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it as directed by us.
- • Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments securely. Stripe handles your payment information in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

- • Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, all associated personal data is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that has already been incorporated into our models is not affected by account deletion.
- • Backups: Encrypted backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days after account deletion, after which they are automatically purged.
9. Children's Privacy
DivorcePath is not designed for or directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
